As a company we are working within the standards set out by the government in terms of social distancing. We have taken steps to ensure the safety of all of our staff, who are working from home and will continue to do so for as long as the guidance is in place.

There is no interruption in our service and we are available to be contacted in the usual ways.
If you are considering taking a new prepaid probate plan with us all of our correspondence can be done via telephone, video call and email ensuring an uninterrupted and safe service. None of our probate documents need to be witness* signed.
*Wills do require wet witness signatures and we will advise independently on this.
